Planning Your Deliveries

To ensure a smooth move-in process, please schedule all deliveries to arrive only after your licensed possession date and time begin.

Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be accepted before your reservation starts, as there may be no Parasol Projects staff or building personnel available to receive them.

Deliveries Before Your Reservation

If a shipment arrives before your possession period begins, please assume:

No one will be available to accept or sign for the delivery.
Packages may be refused or left unattended.
Deliveries will not be stored or secured.
Parasol Projects accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced packages.

For this reason, we strongly recommend coordinating your shipping schedule carefully.

Can I Ship to the Parasol Projects Office?

In some cases, clients ask if packages can be shipped to our office instead.

Unfortunately, we do not recommend this option, as our team is frequently out of the office managing client projects and installations. We cannot guarantee that someone will be available to receive or sign for deliveries, and we are unable to provide secure package storage.

Recommended Receiving Service

Many of our clients use a professional receiving and storage company that can:

Accept deliveries on your behalf
Securely store your packages
Deliver everything to your pop-up space on your scheduled move-in date
