Clients may wish to suspend signage, lighting, or display elements from the ceiling. For safety and structural protection, all ceiling installations must be reviewed and approved in advance by the Parasol Production team.

Restricted Areas

To protect the building infrastructure, the following areas may not be used for hanging items:

• Tin or metal ceilings
• Lighting tracks or lighting structures

No items may be attached, suspended, or supported from these elements.

Approved Structural Elements

• Certain structural ceiling beams may be used for hanging installations with approval.
• If your installation requires using a beam or structural element, please notify the Production team with details before installation begins.

Safety Considerations

All suspended installations must be securely mounted and installed by a qualified professional team. Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Proper rigging methods are used
• Weight loads are appropriate for the structure
• All installations meet safety standards

Unsafe installations may be required to be modified or removed immediately.
