What Insurance Is Included

Parasol provides:

• $2,000,000 general liability insurance
• Coverage applies to the space itself

What Is NOT Covered

• Client merchandise
• Personal property
• Theft or loss
• Alcohol liability (requires additional coverage)

Liability

• Clients are responsible for securing the space
• Parasol is not liable for:
  • Utility interruptions
  • Building issues
  • Third-party actions
  • Weather or force majeure events
