What You Can & Cannot Do to the Space

Not Permitted

• No permanent modifications to the space are permitted.
• Painting walls, floors, or ceilings by Licensees, it may only be completed by Parasol Projects technicians
• Electrical work must be done by Parasol Projects technicians
• Heavy equipment

Permitted (With Approval)

• Temporary displays
• Approved signage
• Work performed by Parasol technicians
• Drilling or installing fixtures
• Exterior alterations
• Adhesive wall treatments, vinyl, or wallpaper - all adhesives must be low-tack and easily removable.
• Spray paint

Wall Restoration

Included:

• Small nail or screw holes (≤ ¼ inch)
• Minor scuffs and wear
• Licensee must not touch up the walls

Not included:

• Anchors, toggle bolts, large holes
• Adhesive damage
• Custom finishes or textures

Additional repairs may incur extra charges.
