Move-Out & Holdover Rules

Move-Out Requirements

• Remove all merchandise and equipment
• Restore space to original condition
• Secure doors, lights, and HVAC

Holdover Fees

• Charged at 200% of the hourly license rate
• Applies to each hour or partial hour past checkout

Abandoned Items

Items left behind may be discarded at the client’s expense.
