Overview

All Parasol Projects spaces operate under a shared set of Rules & Regulations designed to protect the space, the building, neighboring tenants, and your event.

These rules apply throughout your entire license term, including setup, public hours, and move-out.

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Warnings

  • Immediate corrective action

  • Security deposit deductions or forfeiture

  • Event shutdown in serious cases

Your Responsibility as a Licensee

As the licensee, you are responsible for:

  • Your staff, contractors, vendors, and guests

  • Any damage, violations, or disruptions caused by your event

  • Ensuring all activities comply with Parasol, building, and city rules


Core Rules You Must Follow

You may not alter the space without written approval.

Electrical systems must be used responsibly and safely.

Security Deposit Enforcement

Violations of the Rules & Regulations may result in:

  • Partial security deposit deductions

  • Full security deposit forfeiture

  • Additional charges beyond the deposit if damage exceeds coverage
