Can I Use My Own Vendors?

Yes! While Parasol has our preferred list of vendors we can recommend you to, you are welcome to use your own installers, fabricators, production vendors, and other third-party contractors, subject to Parasol’s guidelines.

• Electrical work and painting must be handled through Parasol.
• A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for all third-party vendors working onsite. We can provide a sample COI upon request.
• Please share design and installation plans with our Production Team at least two weeks before check-in for review.
• Vendors must follow all space-specific installation and access restrictions.
• Clients are responsible for their vendors and their work onsite, including ensuring they follow all space and installation guidelines.
• If you’re unsure whether your vendor can perform a specific scope, please check with us in advance.

The executed Parasol Projects License Agreement governs in all cases.
