Cleaning Services During Your Pop-Up

All Parasol Projects spaces are deep cleaned before your arrival. Once your rental begins, your team is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the space unless you arrange cleaning services through us.

We offer two levels of cleaning service. Pricing includes all labor and standard cleaning equipment, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule based on availability.

Basic Cleaning

Includes:

• Sweeping and mopping all floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
• Cleaning sinks and kitchen areas, where applicable

In-Depth Cleaning

Includes all Basic Cleaning services, plus:

• Interior window cleaning
• Disinfecting and wiping down furniture surfaces
• Sanitizing high-touch areas, including door handles, light switches, and similar surfaces

Scheduling Cleaning

Cleaning can be scheduled throughout your pop-up based on your needs. If you would like to add cleaning services, please let us know:

• Which cleaning service you prefer
• The date(s) you would like cleaning
• Your preferred cleaning time(s)

We’ll do our best to match your preferred schedule and confirm availability with our cleaning team.

Please note that cleaning services do not include trash removal or disposal of event materials, fixtures, packaging, or other bulk items.
