Trash, Cleanliness & Daily Maintenance Responsibilities

Cleanliness Standards

Clients must maintain:

• A clean interior space
• A clean sidewalk in front of the space, this includes any trash and snow

Trash Removal

• Pickup nights: Mon / Wed / Thurs after 7PM
• Use black bags for trash
• Use clear or blue bags for recycling
• Break down and bundle cardboard boxes
• 4 bags included per pickup, send pic to Operations of more than 4 bags: admin@parasolprojects.com
• Trash must be disposed of properly
• Trash may not be stored outside the space

Violations

Failure to comply may result in:

• City fines

• Security deposit deductions
