Noise Standards for Pop-Ups

During your pop-up, all sound and music must remain respectful of neighboring tenants and the surrounding building environment.

General Noise Guidelines

  • Noise must not interfere with neighboring tenants or businesses.
  • Volume levels must remain reasonable at all times but especially during hours outside of 9am-5pm.
  • Staff may request that sound levels be reduced if they are deemed disruptive.

Sound Systems

Please note that Parasol Projects spaces do not include a built-in sound system.

If you plan to play music during your pop-up:

  • You may bring your own sound system with prior written approval from Parasol Projects, or
  • You may rent a sound system through Parasol Production team

All equipment must be operated at reasonable volume levels and remain compliant with the music rules below.

Music Rules

To maintain a comfortable environment for all tenants, the following restrictions apply:

  • No loud music with strong bass
  • No DJs or live performances
  • No amplified sound systems without prior written approval from Parasol Projects

Violations

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings
  • Event shutdown
  • Forfeiture of security deposit

Important Note

This article is provided as a general summary for convenience only. The executed Parasol Projects License Agreement governs in all cases.
